A 103% complete gameplay walkthrough for Donkey Kong Country 3: Dixie Kong's Double Trouble! on the SNES. This video shows the locations for all KONG letters, how to complete all bonus rooms, all bear quests, DK Coins and the best ending. Note: This was originally intended to be a 105% walkthrough. 105% Can only be obtained by entering "TUFST" in the cheat codes menu, however I entered it as the file name instead. I somehow didn't realize my mistake until I completed the game, at which point I didn't feel like re-doing it. The only thing that changes in a 105% run is that there are no level checkpoints, and fewer DK barrels. This wouldn't have been a problem as I never died within levels, and rarely got hit. 105% doesn't offer anything else. The best ending can be gotten with 103%. The only thing you gain is having 105% on your file instead of 103%. That is all. Donkey Kong Country Returns 100% Walkthrough: 🤍

Have you ever wondered why Donkey Kong Country 3 gets so much hate? Donkey Kong Country and Donkey Kong Country 2 are beloved by the DKC fanbase but 3 has always felt like the black sheep of the bunch. I looked into why this was and found 3 reason why the fanbase despises this game. The levels are too gimmicky, the music is too different and the game is tonally different than the first 2 games in the series. Now that I had my reasons I wanted to put them to the test. So join me now as I found out if the fanbase is right on hating this game or if its not warranted at all.

Do it again, but... not as good. With two incredible platformers under their belt, Rare got straight to work on the third entry in the DKC franchise to close the trilogy off just before moving on to the Nintendo 64. I have to admit something. I never played Donkey Kong Country 3 when it came out. I ignored it. I didn't see the familiar faces of the Kongs I knew and it kept me from trying the game. But now see what I think in my Donkey Kong Country 3 review! Check out the new merch! 🤍 Subscribe: 🤍 Watch our Donkey Kong Country 3 let's play on Super Beard Bros 🤍 Watch my other Donkey Kong Country review videos here! 🤍 I never played Donkey Kong Country 3. I skipped it entirely as did most people when the familiar characters of Donkey Kong and Diddy Kong were not playable in this game. Instead we had Dixie Kong and Kiddy Kong as our dynamic duo in Donkey Country 3: Dixie Kong's Double Trouble. And because of all this, a lot of people missed out on one of the refined games of the franchise (well, one of the most refined now that Donkey Kong Tropical Freeze is out). Visually this game is absolutely gorgeous, and you can clearly see Rareware leave their whimsical mark on it. I love all the character designs besides a few gripes about the bosses, but I never thought I'd get that into this game. I was worried that I wouldn't actually love a Donkey Kong Country game! What would I do with myself?! But after playing it on Super Beard Bros, I've come to really appreciate it. Except for the Kiddy Kong feet thing. What is that? Then input the cheat code shown at 1:17 (TUFST). This will remove all star barrels (checkpoints) and most DK barrels, and enable you to get 105%. Otherwise you’ll be stuck with 103%, even if you fulfil all other requirements. It’s this game’s hard mode. If you’re playing for the first time I recommend you do the any% playthrough first, then a 103% run, then 105%. That’s how I did it when I first played this and I found it to be the best way to experience the game. I committed to find as many secrets, bear coins, blue life balloons etc. as I know about, still nobody’s perfect and there’s bound to be a few things I missed. Leave a comment if you know about anything not shown in the video.
[TAS] SNES Donkey Kong Country 3: Dixie Kong's Double Trouble! "105%" by Dooty, ElectroSpecter & Tompa in 1:41:39.80 This is a tool-assisted speedrun. For more information, see 🤍 TAS originally published on 2010-12-21 Donkey and Diddy Kong appear to have been kidnapped, so now it's up to that daring damsel of adventure, Dixie Kong, to find the missing monkeys. But this is no solo expedition; her cousin, the titanic toddler Kiddy Kong, is here to help her kick some Kremlin butts. This is the first entry of the 105% category of this game. By using a password to remove the 'DK' barrels, the game officially enters hard mode, and the maximum percent completion is obtained. For more Kong action, you can also view the pure speedrun ( 🤍 ) that doesn't collect all items.

Personal best as of 01/23/2020. Fairly old run of mine that I had interest in uploading to YouTube, as it stood as the world record for almost 2 years (up until 01/10/2022). I still consider it to this day as one of the best speedruns I've ever done, and with all the new tech that has been discovered for this category during my hiatus I could definitely see myself push for 1:49 at some point in the future. So, this is my longest review ever. Yeah. I think you should get something to munch on. DKC3 is often considered the worst game in the original trilogy (or least good, if you prefer), but there is a substantial crowd who adores the game nonetheless. What does Exo think? Judging by the timestamp, you're going to get a more thorough answer than you'd like. Three songs are from the OCRemix collab album, Donkey Kong Country 3: Double the Trouble! Click here to check out the album on OCRemix.com! 🤍 Game Mavericks (Let's Play Channel): 🤍 Twitter: 🤍 Google+: 🤍 Remake or Rebreak Scores: 1- Rebreak: Fails to resurrect the same quality standard as its original due to incompetent design, technical failures, etc. 2- Re-Meh: Not quite as good as the original, but a relatively competent recreation that is still very playable. Fails to add any new content or fix problems of the original. 3- Remake: Superior to the original, but not necessarily worth it if you already own the original. May add some new content or fix some problems of the original. 4- Replace: So much better than the original, that there's no reason for new players to own the original. Not only a faithful recreation of the original, but fixes old bugs and adds new content.

Played by xRavenXP (me). THANKS FOR 38K SUBSCRIBERS. Don't forget like, comment, subscribe and hit the notification bell icon, also share the video. Thanks for watching! This is the longplay of Donkey Kong Country 3: Dixie Kong's Double Trouble !, or Super Donkey Kong Country 3 in Japan, an action and platform game released for Super Nintendo in 1996, being released in November in the United States and Japan and in December in Europe. Once again, Donkey Kong is absent as a playable character. This time, it's up to Dixie and Kiddy Kong, her baby cousin, to look for Donkey and Diddy who disappeared on an expedition to the Northern Kremisphere. The two protagonists of the first game in the series had gone on a trip to celebrate the victory against King K. Rool in DKC2, but did not return, as they were kidnapped by the mysterious Kaos. Without bananas and heroes, the young pair of cousins Kong then have the task of saving the day. Dixie has her gameplay unchanged, being able to use her hair to pick up barrels or glide as long as she wants in the air, while Kiddy Kong is a baby who inherited many of Donkey Kong's skills, besides having great physical strength and being able to bounce on water surface to make bigger and longer jumps. The game has a slightly more free map than previous games and it is possible to navigate the game with vehicles. In this game, the Funky Kong character is more prominent, since he builds the vehicles that the playable characters will use during the adventure. Animals make a difference too, being essential. The novelty among animals is Ellie the Elephant, which can suck barrels to throw them or also suck water at enemies, just remember that she is afraid of mice, then we have the fish Nibbla, which despite being an ally, for a long time without devouring enemies he can attack our heroes and the other new animal is Parry, a "parallel bird" that flies under the characters and can pick up items. Other important factors in the story are the Banana Birds, sacred birds that are trapped in caves (where it is necessary to solve a puzzle similar to the game Genius) and need to be reunited to free the Queen Banana Bird. Donkey Kong Country 3 is an excellent game, just like its predecessors, but unfortunately it is quite underestimated, as it was released in 1996 (already when the 16-bit era was losing strength) and also the soundtrack was considered uninspired by the players , although there are some cool songs like Stilt Village and Rockface Rumble. The Rocket Rush stage also had a problem: it does not have the letter G in the American version, only in the Japanese and European. Even with its problems, DKC3 is an incredible game that deserves to be played and explored. The video was made with a 105% percentage, which can only be obtained with a code that removes almost all DK barrels from the game. All DK Coins, All Bonus Coins, All Banana Birds saved and all K-O-N-G letters (except in the Rocket Rush stage) I hope you enjoy the video.

A longplay of Donkey Kong Country 3: Dixie Kong's Double Trouble. Donkey Kong Country 3: Dixie Kong's Double Trouble!, known in Japan as Super Donkey Kong 3: The Mysterious Kremis Island, commonly abbreviated to DKC3, is a 1996 platforming video game developed by Rare and published by Nintendo for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System. At the start of the game, Donkey Kong and Diddy Kong have disappeared during a fishing trip to the Northern Kremisphere, a previously unseen part of the DK Isles which bears a geographical resemblance to Canada and Northern Europe. Dixie Kong sets off to find the pair and is joined by her cousin Kiddy Kong. Initially, Donkey Kong and Diddy Kong appear to have been kidnapped by a mysterious robot named KAOS, but later in the game it is revealed that King K. Rool, going by the new moniker Baron K. Roolenstein, is the real mastermind behind the pair's disappearance.
This is a video walkthrough / playthrough / runthrough / etc of the Super Nintendo game Donkey Kong Country 3. I want to say it was an almost perfect run, and while I don't die, I do get hit more often than the other two DKC games I did....I also almost forgot a hidden banana bird cave near the relatively beginning of the game. I do get it eventually after I realize when I only needed three birds left, I needed four. The bird in question comes at around 49:02 and I actually get it at 3:14:39 Also, I'm pretty sure my game glitched for a tiny bit of time during the stage Criss Kross Cliffs. A red bee enemy didn't show up when it needed to for some reason, but a tiny bit of backtracking seemed to have fixed the problem thankfully. Other than those two little problems, I thought everything went well.
